We take privacy seriously. This page explains the personal data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights under GDPR.
Cookies
The only cookie we set by default is bina_consent, which remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics. If you accept, we also load Google Analytics 4 (GA4), which sets _ga and _ga_* cookies in your browser for up to two years. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and GA4 is never loaded. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your cookies.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsroom, we send your email address and your chosen vertical and language tags to Buttondown, our newsletter provider. Buttondown stores your subscription data according to their own privacy policy. We never share, sell, or transfer your email to any other third party. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to access, correct, and delete personal data we hold about you. Email hello@bina.cy and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Cyprus Data Protection Commissioner (commissionerdataprotection.gov.cy) if you believe we have handled your data unlawfully.
